shopataj.com offers Island wide delivery placed through our website. Click here to identify delivery rates to your place.

Delivering your order is important to us! When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order to the address provided by you:

within 3 working days for Zones A & B
within 5 working days for Zones C, D & E

with the exception of orders placed during weekends, festivals and special holidays, which might be a tad bit delayed.

If you are unable to accept the delivery on the particular day, additional costs will be charged on the second delivery as per the courier service provider’s contract.

Please feel free to contact us in the rare event your orders are delayed.

Custom Made Pieces

Our standard timeline for custom-made pieces is 8-12 working days. For an additional fee of Rs. 2,500/- we offer an express service that delivers within 6 working days, subject to availability.

This express option is available exclusively for deliveries within Colombo, and orders will be dispatched via Pick Me Flash, with an additional delivery fee applied.

Please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order to confirm if our workshop has the capacity to accommodate the express service.
